We are small
batch coffee roasters serving two locations
in Gatlinburg the gateway to the Smoky
Mountains National Forest.
We have cupped a lot of different varieties
this past year and have chosen what we believe
to be some of the finest. Growing regions
such as Panama, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Africa
and Indonesia, Pacific. Each one of these exotic
locations produces a unique flavor profile

During this past year we have made decisions
to down size all unnecessary inventory which
included all the colors and options on our
bags. We are now shipping
currently with Black bag and new re-sealable
silver stand up pouch with valve it also
is heat sealed which insures it will arrive
without any leaks of coffee beans or
grounds.
Our Village
location has gone "green" we are using
Compostable Kraft bags.
I think I will
try to put a tool bar if any of your would
like to go green for your shipped Coffee
beans.
